Delays may occur due to specific customisations (e.g. curing time for resins) or unforeseen production circumstances. Shipping costs are specified during checkout and include all normal postage and packaging, unless a specific request is made for gift wrapping. Gift wrapping fees will be added separately in the item build-up at the checkout.

Yes, you can wash products with labels applied, but please be careful. ONLY HAND WASH. Do not place product with labels applied in the dishwasher, the environment is too hot and too chemically aggressive – it will remove your label.
Our adhesive vinyl labels are shipped between backing paper and transfer paper. To apply to the desired location, you will carefully have to follow these few steps:

Heat vinyl is supplied attached to the native transfer sheet. It is cut mirrored, so placement of the design will need to ensure that it is the correct way around and the transfer medium is on the top.
Your order will advise whether the vinyl is warm or cold peeled.
Once positioned, you will need to carefully iron over the top of the design – the use of a piece of cooking paper may help to ensure a smooth glide.
Heating and applying pressure should be carried out for between 7 to 10 seconds depending on the vinyl type.
Peeling should be done carefully to ensure that the vinyl has adhered to the substrate. If there is lifting, repeat the heating process.
